Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of DudeShots, operated by MRJ Mark Jarvis, ul. Fabryczna 14d, 53-609 Wrocław, Poland (NIP 7532455176). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

DudeShots lets you frame screenshots in device mockups, style backgrounds, and export images. A Free plan is available with a limited set of presets; a paid Pro plan (with a free trial period) unlocks the full library. Feature availability per plan is shown on our Pricing page.

You need an account to save presets and subscribe to Pro. You’re responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one.

Pro is billed monthly via Stripe. Where a free trial is offered, you won’t be charged until it ends; you can cancel any time before then with nothing owed. After the trial, your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel from your account page at any time — you’ll keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

You own whatever you upload or capture and the mockups you create from it. You grant us only the limited licence needed to process and display that content back to you as part of the service. You’re responsible for having the right to use any image or website content you upload or capture.

You agree not to use DudeShots to:

• Capture or process content you don’t have the right to use
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
• Use the URL-capture feature to scrape or attack third-party sites
• Break any applicable law

The DudeShots name, logo, and the software itself belong to us. The preset templates, gradients, looks, and device frames are provided for use within your exported mockups — you don’t need attribution to use them.

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits liability that can’t be excluded under Polish or EU consumer law.

You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
